Col. Brooks, Cpt. Gray among elite officers earning honors
Ranger Hank Gray: Two Fayetteville-Lincoln County natives are among an elite group of Army officers who recently received high honors from the United States Army as a reward for their hard work, dedication, discipline, leadership, and sacrifice. Col. (Promotable) Winston Phil Brooks, of Lincoln County, has been promoted to the rank of Brigadier General.
